Sod Installation
Fresh sod is the fastest way to change how a property reads from the street — but only when the ground beneath it is right. We prepare the base carefully, level thoroughly, and lay sod with tight seams, straight lines along walks and driveways, and clean transitions at beds. Sod is installed the day it arrives so it goes down fresh.
- · Site preparation, levelling and soil correction where required
- · Fresh, locally grown sod installed the day it is delivered
- · Clean cuts at walks, driveways, beds and irrigation heads
- · Watering and establishment guidance for your specific lawn
Lawn Renovation
For homeowners whose existing lawn has thinned, settled unevenly or simply run its course. We remove the old turf, correct the soil, address low spots and re-level before new sod is installed — so the new lawn does not inherit the problems of the old one.
Landscape Improvements
Carefully selected projects that improve a property without overbuilding it: garden beds, planting, natural-looking hardscape elements, finishing details, landscaping for new homes, and work required to meet architectural guidelines. Projects are chosen thoughtfully according to suitability and scope, and we're straightforward when a job is better suited to a larger contractor.
We prefer natural stone and natural-looking hardscape materials, cedar mulch, aluminum edging and plants selected for the site and their mature size.
A note on final grading
Classic Curb Appeal does not provide final grading. Before sod installation, the required final grade must be complete and the homeowner must have received the appropriate final grade documentation or certificate. If you're not sure where your property stands, ask — we'll explain how the step fits into your timeline.
